The DWS-75M-E is a crawler wire saw for quarry stone cutting. Its tracked movement removes the need to lay guide rails, while PLC control is described as adjusting walking speed for constant-current cutting.
Crawler movement changes the site plan
The machine can move forward, backward and turn, so the quarry plan should show travel ground, working position, wire path and exclusion zone. Removing rails does not remove the need for a stable, prepared surface. Check crawler access, slope, block geometry and the machine's 3000 kg main-unit weight before deciding how it will approach each face.
The source also lists an IoT system for remote data collection and live operating-condition monitoring.
Two rotation and speed statements need alignment
| Field | Saved value |
|---|---|
| Product model | DWS-75M-E |
| Total motor power | 75 kW |
| Head rotation in parameter row | ±180° |
| Main-flywheel linear speed | 0–40 m/s |
| Maximum cut spacing | 1950 mm |
| Machine dimensions | 2410 × 2050 × 1680 mm |
The narrative separately says 360° head flipping and a highest cutting speed of 38 m/s. Confirm the operating interpretation of both statements in the technical offer.
Quarry acceptance record
- Stone, bench, slope and travel-surface survey
- Block faces, wire path and machine positions
- Power, water and pulley-anchor plan
- PLC, IoT and delivered control functions
- Cut geometry, time, current and wire wear
Run the first accepted cut on representative stone and retain the monitored data with the wire specification. That record helps distinguish machine travel or setup effects from changes in stone and consumables.
