The Econetic range is the permanent-magnet version of Huada's quarry wire saw. The original product sheet lists three models—DWS-37M, DWS-55M and DWS-75M—and puts the emphasis on low-frequency pulling torque, operation under a varying power supply and lower electrical demand.
What is different about the Econetic drive
The permanent-magnet motor is intended to maintain torque across the inverter's frequency range. That matters at startup and when the wire is working through a demanding part of the cut. The source also describes the machine as suitable for quarries where voltage varies and states that lower power consumption can make it easier to operate several wire saws without first rebuilding the entire power supply.
The original sheet reports efficiency up to 30% higher than a standard machine. Treat that figure as a manufacturer claim: the useful comparison is a trial on the same stone, with the same wire, cut area, water supply and acceptance method.
DWS-37M, DWS-55M and DWS-75M at a glance
| Model | Main motor | Maximum cut spacing | Main-unit weight |
|---|---|---|---|
| DWS-37M | 37 kW | 1750 mm | 2515 kg |
| DWS-55M | 55 kW | 1950 mm | 2820 kg |
| DWS-75M | 75 kW | 2100 mm | 3650 kg |
All three entries show a 0–40 m/s flywheel linear-speed range and ±180° head overturning. The full specification tab retains rail length, section weight and transport dimensions.
Information needed for a useful quotation
- Stone type, bench height and the largest planned cutting plane
- Measured voltage at the work area and the available transformer or generator capacity
- Wire specification, pulley arrangement and water delivery at the cut
- Required rail length, working clearance and lifting limit
- A trial plan that records cut area, time, electrical load and wire consumption
