Diamond Multi Wire in Brazil
This Brazilian stone-processing reference contains gallery images of Huada multi-wire diamond wire. The text lists four intended outcomes—cutting efficiency, flatter slabs, lower power and material loss, and lower noise—but includes no machine or trial data.
What is visible and what is missing
The record supports the product type and Brazil destination. It does not identify granite or marble, block size, wire diameter, beads per metre, number of wires, machine model, slab thickness or production result. None of those fields should be inferred from the photographs alone.
Multi-wire performance is a set result
Flat slabs and material yield depend on the complete wire set, pulley alignment, tension, water and stone. A single rope or one finished slab cannot represent the full machine. Each position should be marked so wear and surface differences are not hidden by an average.
Brazil factory trial sheet
- factory, stone and block dimensions;
- multi-wire machine and pulley condition;
- wire diameter, bead construction and positions;
- target slab thickness, tension and water;
- time, surface, yield and wire use.
Attach the accepted setup to the product label. This turns the Brazilian delivery photographs into a repeatable production reference without inventing specifications that the archived page never recorded.
