This product is a multi-blade and segment system for granite and hard stone. Its old table is organised by complete blade sets, including diameter, segment geometry, segments per blade and blades per machine.
Three set configurations appear in the source
| Recorded diameter group | Segment length | Segment width | Segments per blade | Blades per machine |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 950/980 and 1600/1650 mm | 24 mm | 9.0/8.4 mm | 92 or 108 | 6–10 |
| 1000, 1200 and 1600 mm | 24 mm | 7.4/6.6 or 9.0/8.4 mm | 70–108 | 15–30 |
| 600–2200 mm listed group | 24 mm | 5.2–9.2 mm | 72–132 | 5–9 |
The table contains grouped entries, so an order should reproduce the exact set arrangement rather than selecting one blade row in isolation.
Check the complete gang geometry
Provide the multi-blade saw model, spindle arrangement, number of blades, spacing and every installed diameter. Add the granite sample and target slab dimensions. Replacement segments must be matched to the core and its position in the set; otherwise one correct-looking segment can still be wrong for the assembled machine.
Commission the set as a set
- Verify every blade and segment row against the approved layout.
- Check spacing, alignment and water distribution across the gang.
- Record the stone block and target slab dimensions.
- Observe load and cut condition across the full width.
- Measure slab consistency and compare wear by blade position.
Mark the blade positions in the inspection record so a local difference is not averaged away across the complete gang.
