This single-blade and segment range is for granite and other hard stone. The old table spans 900–3500 mm blade diameters and increases segment width and count with the selected core size.
Read the granite range in diameter bands
| Diameter band | Segment length | Width options | Height options | Count range |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 900–1200 mm | 24 mm | 6.0–7.5 mm | 12/15/20 mm | 64–80 |
| 1350–1800 mm | 24 mm | 7.5–10.0 mm | 12/15/20 mm | 88–120 |
| 2000–2700 mm | 24/30 mm by row | 9.5–12.0 mm | 12/15/20 mm | 128–140 |
| 3000–3500 mm | 24/30 mm | 11.5–12.5 mm | 20/30 mm | 160–180 |
Each individual diameter has its own segment count in the source. Confirm that row in the offer, especially where more than one width or height is listed.
Granite data needed beyond the table
The old description states that the blade and segments are developed around the granite and customer request. Send a stone sample, the machine and blade-core information, the cut depth and the result from the current tool. “Granite” alone does not resolve the bond or operating setup for every hard stone.
Receipt and trial checks
- Diameter, core condition and mounting interface
- Segment geometry and count from the approved row
- Stone sample and block dimensions
- Water delivery and operating settings
- Cut result, segment wear pattern and any corrective action
Photograph the segment layout before use and again at the agreed inspection point. This helps distinguish a stone-related wear pattern from a mounting or water issue.
