This page covers a single large-diameter blade and matching segments for marble and other soft stone. It starts at 900 mm and extends to 2000 mm, separating it from the smaller bridge-saw blade range.
Large single-blade range for marble
| Diameter group | Segment length | Segment width | Segment height | Segment count |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 900–1000 mm | 24 mm | 6.5–7.5 mm | 10/12 mm | 64–70 |
| 1200–1400 mm | 24 mm | 8.0–9.0 mm | 10/12 mm | 80–96 |
| 1600–2000 mm | 24 mm | 10.0–11.0 mm | 10/12 mm | 104/108–128 |
The full source table also contains 1300 and 1350 mm rows. Use the exact row rather than interpolating segment count or width between sizes.
Blade and segment must be ordered as one system
Provide the machine, existing core diameter and condition, segment attachment requirement and marble sample. If only replacement segments are required, identify the core and current segment geometry from a drawing. The old page lists a full blade-and-segment selection but does not state that every row is interchangeable across machines.
Commissioning focus for a big blade
- Verify the supplied diameter, segment count and geometry against the approved row.
- Inspect mounting and machine condition before cutting.
- Set water delivery for the full blade path.
- Use a representative marble block for the first controlled cuts.
- Record surface, dimensional result and segment condition before routine production.
When segments are supplied separately, retain the approved core drawing and attachment record with the test results for future replacement work.
