This video presents Huada's 30 kW fast trimming machine for shaping quarry blocks. The old description emphasizes simple operation, convenient hoisting and use on complex mine terrain.
Positioning around the block
Convenient hoisting is relevant where a separated block cannot be moved easily. The working area still needs a stable machine position, safe block support and enough clearance for the wire path. “Complex terrain” does not remove those setup requirements.
Rapid shaping needs a defined target
Block trimming can remove an irregular face or bring a large block closer to transport or processing dimensions. The source gives no stone, starting shape, target dimensions or cutting rate. Apparent speed in an edited video is not an acceptance figure.
Record setup as well as output
Confirm that the quoted machine is the 30 kW configuration and identify the wire, pulleys, controls and lifting plan. Photograph the marked block and machine position before tensioning.
After trimming, record finished dimensions, cut area, time and wire condition only from the actual job. These facts show whether the portable setup worked on the terrain without turning “simple operation” into an unsupported promise for every quarry.
