This equipment overview introduces the main machine types used around a stone quarry: diamond wire saws, mine circular saws, DTH drills and fast trimming machines. It describes a workflow range rather than one complete package for every mine.
Separate holes, bench cuts and block finishing
A DTH drill prepares holes where the planned method requires them. Wire saws route diamond wire around a cutting plane, while mine circular saws make blade cuts where rail access and depth permit. Fast trimming machines reshape or size separated blocks. These duties can connect, but they should be assigned from a bench plan.
Not every quarry needs the same sequence
Stone, bench height, block target, existing openings, power, air, water and handling access change the equipment choice. The archived description gives no site, material or model list, so the video should be used to identify machine families, not to copy an unverified production scheme.
Build the equipment schedule from the face
Mark the required holes and cutting planes on a quarry drawing. For each operation, name the machine, tool or consumable, utilities and the way the block stays supported. This makes gaps and duplicated duties visible before equipment is ordered.
When reviewing the recording, note only readable models and clearly shown processes. Ask Huada to return a project-specific sequence and acceptance method. The result should explain why each machine is present instead of treating the four product families as a generic bundle.
