This laser-welded H.E.D. diamond blade is intended for standard and reinforced concrete, including slabs, foundations, walls, demolition work and joint cutting. The saved range includes protective-segment and normal-segment layouts.
Concrete duty and blade construction
The old page attributes segment retention to laser welding and describes cooling features, wet or dry cutting, reduced vibration and a smooth finish. It also claims Huada Even Distribution allows more than 20% longer cutting with high efficiency, but gives no comparison test. Confirm the concrete, reinforcement, saw type and cooling method before selecting a bond or evaluating that claim.
Use the exact diameter row
The detailed table covers 300, 350, 400, 450 and 500 mm blades with protective segments, and normal-segment rows continue through 600 and 800 mm. Segment length and height are 40 × 12 mm across the captured rows, while width, disc thickness and count change with diameter. Core options shown include 20, 22.23, 25.4, 50 and 60 mm. The general text separately says 105–1600 mm is available, so sizes outside the detailed table require a confirmed drawing.
Recommended linear speed is 40–50 m/s for soft concrete and 35–45 m/s for hard concrete.
Concrete blade order record
- Concrete type, thickness and reinforcement survey
- Handheld, walk-behind or other saw model
- Diameter, core, flange and protective layout
- Wet/dry method and permitted line speed
- Cut edge, time and segment-wear record
Keep the selected table row with the blade label and first accepted cut. Protective and normal layouts should not be substituted without reviewing the application and saw configuration.
