This H.E.D. laser-welded wall-saw blade is presented for concrete, masonry, brick and stone walls. Its saved table defines a large-diameter range and allows core-hole details to be customized from customer drawings.
Wall-saw duty and attachment
The source describes laser-welded segments, ventilation slots, a segmented rim for debris removal and reduced vibration. These statements need to be checked against the actual supplied design. Provide the wall material, thickness, reinforcement, saw model, flange and cooling method. The blade must also match the required cut direction and the access available for the wall-saw system.

The captured core-diameter options are 25.4, 30.5, 50, 60 and 80 mm. Middle holes, positioning holes and screw holes can be made to a customer drawing; the approved drawing should accompany the order.
