These diamond segments are for large single blades cutting stone blocks. The old range covers 900–3500 mm blade diameters and provides several width/height options within many rows.
Segment range by blade size
| Blade band | Segment length | Width options | Height options | Count |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 900–1200 mm | 24 mm | 6.0–7.5 mm | 12/15/20 mm | 64–80 |
| 1350–1800 mm | 24 mm | 7.5–10.0 mm | 12/15/20 mm | 88–120 |
| 2000–2700 mm | 24/30 mm by row | 9.5–12.0 mm | 12/15/20 mm | 128–140 |
| 3000–3500 mm | 24/30 mm | 11.5–12.5 mm | 20/30 mm | 160–180 |
Customization starts with the stone and core
The page says formulas can be changed for stone hardness and characteristics and claims wear resistance, stable cutting and a small kerf. Send a stone sample, blade-core drawing, existing segment and cutting record. The exact diameter row, width, height and count must be returned in the offer; “customized” is not a specification.
Replacement-segment checks
- Blade diameter, core and attachment condition
- Stone/block and required cut
- Selected segment geometry and total count
- Formula/reference and supplied batch identity
- Cut surface and wear pattern after trial
Photograph the layout before attachment and retain the accepted core/segment drawing. Keep the stone sample or cutting record with the formula reference. When the core has been used before, document its condition so segment performance is not assessed without the complete blade that carries it during representative block cutting and follow-up inspection.
