This H.E.D. page covers diamond saw blades and segments made with Huada Even Distribution technology. The saved text describes diamond particles distributed through the bond and names granite, marble, concrete and asphalt as possible material groups.
Technology claim and product boundary
The source claims cutting efficiency up to 50% higher and production up to 30% above normal segments. It does not identify the comparison blade, test material, machine or operating conditions. Treat both percentages as manufacturer claims that require a like-for-like test. A blade or replacement segment must still be matched to the material, machine, cutting method, core and required finish.
One page does not mean one universal bond
Granite, marble, concrete and asphalt create different cutting and wear conditions. The old page gives no diameter table, segment geometry, bore, welding method or wet/dry boundary. Those missing fields should be resolved in the quotation rather than filled with values borrowed from another Huada page. For replacement segments, provide the existing core drawing and attachment method; for a complete blade, provide the machine and flange details.
H.E.D. order and trial record
- Material sample and hardness or cutting history
- Complete blade or replacement-segment requirement
- Machine, core, bore and permitted diameter
- Segment geometry, bond and attachment confirmation
- Cut rate, surface and wear comparison
Run the H.E.D. and comparison tools on representative material under recorded conditions if an efficiency claim is important to the purchase. Retain each product label, the measured cut, time, power setting and wear inspection. The resulting record distinguishes a repeatable product configuration from a general technology name.
