DWS-22 is the 22 kW concrete wire saw in Huada's paired DWS-18/DWS-22 table. The page is for bridge and reinforced-concrete cutting where a compact machine and dual-frequency-converter control are required.
What changes from DWS-18 to DWS-22
| Field | DWS-18 | DWS-22 |
|---|---|---|
| Main motor | 18.5 kW (25 HP) | 22 kW (30 HP) |
| Total power | 19 kW (26 HP) | 23 kW (31 HP) |
| Machine weight | 410 kg | 420 kg |
Both models share the listed 0–30 m/s wire-speed range, 2200 × 830 × 860 mm dimensions and the same rail entries. Select DWS-22 because its power matches the planned work and supply, not because the external footprint is different.
Concrete-cutting site brief
Mark the cut dimensions and estimated reinforcement on a drawing. State power availability, anchoring surface, access, pulley positions and water-control method. For a complex bridge cut, include the removal sequence and how the separated section will be supported.
DWS-22 handover checks
- Verify the 22 kW model and complete rail/control package.
- Inspect anchors, guards, pulleys and wire route.
- Run a representative section with recorded settings.
- Measure the opening and inspect the remaining structure.
- Record wire condition, water handling and operator observations.
Keep the cut drawing, removal sequence and pulley photograph with the acceptance sheet. The record distinguishes DWS-22 machine performance from a different anchoring or wire-route problem on later concrete cutting work.
