This H.E.D. laser-welded diamond core-drill range is for concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt, brickwork, masonry and natural stone. The source separates normal and roof-shaped segment families and also lists complete barrel dimensions.
Segment families and height notation
Both segment tables cover 52–350 mm diameters with a 24 mm segment length. Width rises from 3.5 mm through 4 and 4.5 mm to 5 mm as the diameter rows increase. The normal segment table shows 8+2 mm height, while the roof-shaped table shows 10+2 mm. The source explains that 10+2 means 12 mm total height including a 2 mm welding layer. Confirm the required shape, material and drilling method before choosing between these entries.
Complete drill-bit configuration
The barrel table uses a 1-1/4-inch UNC connection, 400 mm effective length and 470 mm total length for the captured range. Listed thickness is 2 or 2.5 mm, and segment count increases from 5 at 52 mm diameter to 21 at 350 mm. Normal, roof and grooved-turbine shapes are named. Drill-bit arc, segment thickness and curvature can be customized, so an approved drawing should accompany any non-standard order.
