This stone-mining video introduces the mechanical layout of a Huada double blade cutting machine. Its archived evidence concerns the belt transmission, protected guide pillars, carriage drive and electrical design for quarry conditions.
Motor and gear transmission
The belt drive is intended to reduce damage exposure for the motor and gear system. This is a construction feature, not a maintenance interval. The delivered guards, belt specification, tensioning access and service instructions should be confirmed with the machine model.
Protected guidance and travel
Four guide pillars are enclosed, chrome plated and finely ground to support frame stability and accuracy. The two drive arrangement uses double chain transmission, while the four wheel arrangement is described as a closed modular design for maintenance and reliability. The recording does not prove every option is fitted to one unit.
Inspection before the first block
Electrical components and controls are described for low voltage, dust and humidity. Site checks should cover measured supply, enclosure condition, rail alignment, water and blade clearance.
Use the video to recognize construction points, then match them against the final equipment list. During a representative cut, record carriage behavior, finished block geometry and wear at each blade position. That evidence is more useful than transferring a general stability statement to an unspecified quarry.
