Double Blade and Wire Saw Machines in China
The Shandong project combines a Huada double-blade mining machine with a diamond wire saw for rust-stone quarrying. Both machines are identified as Huada-developed and produced equipment; the source offers application context rather than a detailed production study.
Rust stone is the confirmed material
The old page also says the equipment can serve different stone mines. Here, however, rust stone in Shandong is the documented duty. Blade segments and diamond wire should be selected from that material and the required block geometry instead of borrowed from an unrelated quarry.
Coordinating blade and wire cuts
A double-blade machine and wire saw should be planned as a system. The bench drawing needs to show where the blade can travel, where the wire will be routed and how the block remains supported as planes are opened. The archive does not state the sequence used in Shandong, so one is not invented from the gallery.
Separating evidence by machine
The surviving text calls the equipment performance good after years of mine use and mentions customers worldwide. It gives no model, blade size, wire, block dimensions, time or yield for this project.
A stronger case would label the result of each operation. Record the double-blade passes with their blade set and the wire-saw cut with its rope and pulley layout. Finished block dimensions, elapsed time and consumable condition can then be linked to the correct machine. That makes the Shandong rust-stone reference useful without relying on undifferentiated praise.
