Control follows the cutting load
A known inverter and automatic control system are named in the source. The program adjusts machine travel to maintain wire tension as the cut develops. This is relevant when the wire contact length and resistance change, but the archived page does not include a tension trace, machine model or comparison setup.
Horizontal, vertical and inclined work
The cutting device can rotate through 360 degrees to arrange horizontal, vertical or inclined cuts. Maximum line speed is stated as 40 m/s. The suitable operating speed still depends on the fitted wire, stone and pulley route; the maximum should not be read as the setting for every Shanxi cut.
