In order to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool and reduce the shape and position error between moving parts, the reverse clearance of the ball screw and the axial movement of the screw should be adjusted regularly.
Regularly check whether the guide rail and machine tool protective cover of stone mining machinery are complete and effective. If the protective cover is damaged, it shall be replaced in time, and the sand, water and dirt on the guide rail and screw rod shall be cleaned in time, and then coated with grease.
